Quandaries Reviews
Quandaries isn't so much of a game as a life sim. You are applying for a job with the government (I would say like the FBI but as I explain, you'll see how that doesn't totally fit) and you basically actually go through everyday's routines. If you do well enough, you move on to a higher position with more difficult tasks to do.
The reason I hesitate to say that it is for the FBI is because I don't want to get anyones hopes up for high action. You have to actually start at the bottom and do extremely menial tasks while your boss can be pleased or upset.
The good side to this 'game' is that it was (still is...?) actually used as a training game for people really applying for the various government positions and is exact to the letter. The bad side of this game is that unless you are actually going to use this as a learning guide and plan on applying to file papers and answer phones in a government building, you really should go out and get paid for doing this work instead of just acting like you are getting paid for doing the work in a computer game...
It is extremely well done...just lacks in entertainment value at all. It did win a few awards a couple of years back though so obviously alot of people disagree with me...or they were paid off for their votes by the government... ;)
