Excellent pinball game, too bad it's really hard to make it work in recent computers.
21st Century Entertainment made several pinball games after the success of this excellent game, although, none as fun as this one, all similar in their names: Pinball Dreams, Piball Illusions, Pinball Dreams II, etc.
There are four tables to choose, each one good enough, but I personally prefer the first and the fourth. Gameplay is as simple as you can expect in a pinball game, you can even adjust how steep is the table so you can slow down the balls speed.
Graphics are astounding for it's time, there were two resolutions, being VGA 320X200 the low one. The tables are clear to read and the colors are brilliant and sharp.
The sound deserves a place apart, it's composed in the form of 'mods' (amiga sequences) and it sounds great even through the pc speaker.
Before you make the decision to download this fine pinball simulator, be warned that you'll have a hard time trying to make it work, it definitely won't under Windows, so, you'll need to start under DOS mode, and even so, sound does not work unless you have enough free base memory, and nothing that blocks the hardware detection of the game.

Pinball Fantasies mozna uznac za kontynuacje Pinball Dreams i jest to kontynuacja bardzo udana. Do dypozycji znowu mamy cztery stoly:

- wesole miasteczko
- rajd samochodowy
- kolo fortuny
- kamienie i kosci.

Pierwszy z nich jest bogaty we wszelakie mozliwosci nabijania ekstrasow, wesola muzyczka wprawia nas w dobry nastroj, jednak pileczke dosyc czesto sciaga po bandach do dziupli.
Drugi jest nieco trudniejszy i mniej pasjonujacy, za to bardzo dynamiczny, a zwlaszcza wtedy, kiedy pileczka zmierza do dziury. Efekty dzwiekowe sa na wysokim poziomie, sporo ekstrasow, ale ich sposob nabijania nieco monotonny.
Trzeci to stol najbardziej wkurzajacy i ubogi, za to tak wjezdzajacy na ambicje, ze nie mozna przejsc obok niego obojetnie. Czasami gra sie dlugo i dokonuje cudow tiltowania, wyciagajac pilke z dziupli, a punktow mizernie...
Za to czwarty... Miodzio! I za niego wlasnie ta dycha w 'Granie'! Znakomicie utrzymany, cmentarny klimat i to od samego poczatku gry. Muzyka idealnie pasujaca, czadowe ekstrasy, po lewej stronie kieszen ratujaca od straty kuli (oczywiscie jesli jest uaktywniona)... i mnostwo, mnostwo innych trikow, ktorych nawet ja nie znam, a ogralem wszystkie duchy na stole dwa razy pod rzad.

Detta år det bästa flipperspelet som nånsin har tillverkats för datorn. Banorna är snillrika och det är i ett nästan drogliknande tillstånd som man sitter uppe på nätterna och försöker att slå sina gamla rekord.
Grafiken är med tanke på spelets ålder mycket imponerande, ljudet likaså. Nackdelen med åldern är dock att det är snudd på omöjligt att få spelet att fungera under något av de senare OS:n efter win 98; jag har i varje fall aldrig lyckats efter 98:an.
Men i vilket fall så är detta ett ypperligt spel.

Min absoluta favoritbana är bana 1, Partyland, som har allt i princip, dvs finns en massa olika sätt att få hundratals miljoner poäng.
Annars så finns det inte så mycket mer att säga om detta utmärkta spel, annat än att man kan hoppas att någon kan konvertera det till Windows, något som jag skulle vara beredd att betala för.

Für mich das beste Pinball-Spiel was es gibt. Die 4 Tische machen wirklich Spass. Die Grafik ist auch Heute noch ganz gut. Der Sound ist leider ziemlich Mies, man kann ihn aber durch Andere oder eigene Mod Dateien (Ich glaube es war ein Amiga Sound Format) ersetzen. Das Verwendete Soundsystem ist zwar, wie das Spiel selbst aus Doszeiten und wird Heute nicht mehr verwendet, aber im Internet gibt es noch einige Seiten wo man dieses Format runterladen kann. Hierfür gibts dann auch bekannte Musik, wie z.B. Axel F. oder James Bond Theme!
Am besten läuft das Spiel auf echtem MS-Dos. Wer etwas herrumprobiert bekommt es aber auch auf W98 und ME zum laufen. Unter XP hab ich es nicht geschafft.
Das Gameplay ist sehr Fair. Wer Einen gerade gestarteten Ball nicht Berührt hat, bevor er ins Aus geht, bekommt einen Ersatzball.
