Who plays BF 1942 online?
FOr that matter who plays the mods? Some of the Mods are actually much better than the already good game. I am talking about Desert COmbat. It could be the next CS |

lol, nothing beats CS.... And nothing never will.... Quake3 Arena was close, but nothing have ever beaten Counter-Strike 4 real....
But of course..... Counter-strike is old, so old it ought to be downloadable in here

Battlefield is an excellent game, except when you have to play on a server where is a lot of baserapers/spawncampers,Teamkillers and/or planecampers. Sadly this happen way too often
 .

I play desert combat. Its the only thing I play now. Its awesome. There are lots of good servers out there. Just gotta find them.

BF1942 is my current favorite game. DC is the most polished mod, but my fav mod is XPWWII.

desert combat is alright....but Battlefield 1942 is simply the best game...shoot em up games rock!

I Love desert combat! I've been playing it since easter...
But I got secret weapons yesterday, and The exp pack is not to bad... its a shame the exp pack dont cover the old maps... |

Battlefield 1942 is an excellent game. I hope Battlefield: Vietnam is decent.

I only have the demo version of Battlefield 1942:secret weapons of world war 2, but I like to play... The multyplay is really funniest than singleplay.

I'd have to say that I can't ge into games like counterstrike. I prefer the old WW2 ones like Battlefield and Medal of Honour (even though Medal of Honour is a bit lame). I've also played the mods for BF 1942 but like I said before, can't get enough of that old skool WW2 action!

I used to Play CAL-im for cs, but I was drawn in by desert combat and well thats where my heart is can't beat AH-64 whoring...

Ja, BF1942 rocks. Definately the best online first person shooter since CS. I actually go to a monthly LAN meet up in the city and BF1942 and the Desert Combat MOD are the main games played. Yes, going to LAN meet ups is pretty geeky I guess, but I enjoy it.
