SNES Top Gear

Anyone know a emulator that can run Top Gear 3000 ?

I'm trying to run this in Snes9x 1.40 and Zsnes but both don't start the race, I already tried five roms in each, but no one function.

Need text list

A good thing to do in the site is a text list of all games in each category, only with the names.
With the any user can view the name of more games in minus time cuz, in the site, this user needs to view all the pages of games and in a list he only needs to look the archive.
The list can be created by users, to earn points, or by the site.

PC - Mordor : The Depths of Dejenol

I have a problem initializing Mordor, when I initialized the game, after the setup, the game are asking for the archive vbrun300.dll and have only a vbrun300.dl_
I tryed to trade the name of the archive, but it has no function the same way.
What can I do?
